I, Ajay Sigriya, Chairman of Bhumika College of Veterinary Science and Research Centre Mahendergarh am feeling highly honoured in addressing you through website of BCVSR. Undoubtedly, Education is a powerful weapon which moves mankind from darkness to brightness. It is a well known fact that nearly 65% of population resides in villages. The main profession of our villages is animal rearing, dairying and farming. This 65% population is the backbone of Indian Economy. But, Unfortunately, there is big crisis of professional experts in this field. Keeping in mind, this problem of the region, Shri Jawala Parshad Siksha Samiti, Sigra decided to resolve this problem. I decided to open a Veterinary College to fill the gap of demand of professionals in this field. Samiti started its efforts and opened Bhumika College of Veterinary Science and Research Centre Mahendergarh in Mahendergarh.
